Services & Impact

The Global Good Fund (GGF) amplifies the impact of young social entrepreneurs through investment in leadership development.

The Global Good Fund's flagship program is its 12-month Fellowship, which supports the leadership development of young social entrepreneurs across the globe. The GGF invests in these innovators by pairing them with executives who serve as mentors, and by providing leadership assessment resources, a network of peers, sector expertise, and targeted financial capital. The GGF supports its Fellows in their natural work environments through the industry’s first innovative 360 tool specifically for social entrepreneurs, that provides a behavior-based assessment of the skills and values associated with great leaders.

The results of the assessment and conversations with a Certified Leadership Development Coach form the basis for a leadership development plan to be implemented with support of a coach.

The network of GGF Mentors include leaders like Ted Leonsis, former CEO of AOL, Sami Inkinen, Founder of Trulia, and Lydia Thomas, former CEO of Noblis, a non-profit tech company.
