CASA Lake County is proud to honor Art Smith and Jesus Salgueiro. Art and Jesus are the living proof of the goals and aspirations of CASA programs throughout the country. As foster parents to four children, their dedication to the children they care for as well as their advocacy for the adoption of foster children into safe, permanent and loving homes is truly inspirational.
