4Cs helps more than 10,000 families find child care every year, and provides subsidies for more than 700 low-income children. Dedicated to ensuring all children have the best possible start in school and life, 4Cs also works with the county’s 950+ early care and education providers to increase capacity and improve program quality.

4Cs is a county-wide, community-based nonprofit organization with offices in Redwood City, CA. Our mission is to connect and empower families, educators, and child care providers with resources today for a stronger San Mateo County tomorrow.
