We provide all of your fundraising infrastructure, stellar support, hands-on education, and ongoing feature development for one flat fee. You only pay 5% + $0.30 cents per transaction TOTAL on the donations raised online through CommitChange. There are no hidden fees and we are fully transparent.
Credit card processing is handled by Stripe; as a Stripe policy, all international transactions are charged an additional 1% fee; otherwise there are no additional fees from Stripe.
Why a volume fee?
By charging a small 5% + $0.30 per transaction fee for online donations we are incentivized to help you raise more money; it also helps smaller organizations take advantage of CommitChange without a large upfront cost.
Why no contract?
You shouldn’t be locked into using technology, or have to make a huge commitment. At CommitChange you’re free to use our technology whenever and for however long you want.
Are there extra fees?
No, all of CommitChange’s services are funded through the 5% + $0.30 per transaction platform fee. That means you won’t be upsold on additional features and it means that you’ll receive all of our technology.
