4word: Austin Member Insider Only "Holy Yoga"

You are invited to our annual Member Insider Only event!

Holy yoga embraces the essential elements of yoga--

breath work, meditationand physical postures--

but with Christ as the focus and Christian music as the inspiration.

1 Corinthians 10:31 says "... whatever you do, do all to the glory of God." 

Whether or not you are into yoga, we do hope you will come and spend a delightful, fun morning with other committed 4Word Member Insiders, enjoying a time of relaxation and inspiration. Our instructor Becki Morgan will lead us through a time of connecting to God through movement that honors Him. After yoga, there will be refreshments and a devotion.

Mats will be provided for those who don't have their own.

Let us know if you have one when you register.
