4word continues to be the only national organization serving Christian women in the workplace and is narrowing the gap in resources facing every woman serious about her career, relationships, and faith. 4word’s mission is to connect, lead, and support Christian women in the workplace to achieve their God-given potential.

In just five short years we have seen incredible growth of the 4word: Digital Community! With 4wordwomen.org at its center, the increased number and growth of 4word: Local Groups and the popular 4word: Mentor Program are changing lives. We are now also partnering with churches and corporations through our 4word: Church Connect and 4word: Corporate Connect.  We are committed to maintaining this momentum and continue to expand the resources, so new ways of raising funds are needed. The Gala and Celebration Dinner responds to this need.
