Manna 5K Fun Run for Affordable Housing

Welcome to the registration page for Manna's Annual 5K Fun Run for Affordable housing! By clicking the "Get Tickets" button on the right, you can register for as many adults ($30) or Children/Seniors ($15) as you like. If you purchase multiple tickets, please email the names of those those who will be attending to events@mannadc.org All entrants will receive emails leading up to the event with specific information for the day of the event. This page and Manna's run page, www.mannadc.org/manna5k/ will be updated with that information as well. 

Run registration will begin at 7:00 AM, and the race will start at 7:45. We will be using the Colorado Avenue Entrance to the park. On the day of the race you will see volunteers holding signs directing traffic to the run. 

Manna is very pleased to announce that this year Run Hope Work will be participating in our run. Run Hope Work is a nonprofit organization dedicated to transforming the lives of young people in crisis. Our program provides young adults with the chance to get their lives back on track by providing opportunities for personal growth. Through running, mentorship and hands-on seminars in trades like flooring and carpentry, participants gain the skills they need to be active members of their community. On September 18, Run Hope Work will complete its inaugural program, and will celebrate their success by competing in the Manna 5k. To support Run Hope Work, you can register as a part of the Run Hope Work team, which is one of our registration options. That registration fee is $50, which will be split between Manna and Run Hope Work.
