Solar L.E.D. lights won't end the Israeli blockade, but they do give light when there's no electricity...and a sign that you care.
The following message from Ameer in Gaza underscores the need to let the people of Gaza know that they are not forgotten.
'Its not about a light that recharged by solar energy, its about hope, a small gift bring a smile and remind us as I said before, "There is a life to live in the present and wish for better future." Its about 10 years of shortage of electricity, dumbed souls only retreat and give up .
Your help inspired us, the Goodness still alive in this worl , still alive in your heart beating, gives us Warmth to continue and believe in the chance for peace and better life.'
And Luci lights really do give meaningful, useful light in the dark of night. Support the Rebuilding Alliance. Support this campaign. Support the children of Gaza!
Thank you,
Jim Haber
