Annual Luncheon

Join HIP Housing as we celebrate 25 years of preserving the community through Property Development. The event will gather nearly 400 vital community members, corporate representatives, and government officials who are passionate about affordable housing.

We'll be joined by comedian and social justice activist, W. Kamau Bell. Host of the Emmy Award nominated, hit CNN docu-series United Shades of America. Host of the public radio show Kamau Right Now! on KALW in San Francisco. Co-host of two podcasts: Denzel Washington is The Greatest Actor of All Time Period and Politically Re-Active.  The New York Times called Kamau “the most promising new talent in political comedy in many years.” 

For 45 years HIP Housing has been a leader in providing affordable housing  to the community through its Home Sharing, Self Sufficiency, and Property Development programs. Proceeds will benefit HIP Housing's affordable housing programs. Don't miss the event of the year!
