We will finish our discussion on Authenticity in the Workplace with Perfectionism - Let go of who you think you're supposed to be and embrace who you are.  As Christian working women we think we have to have it "all together."  This is part of our busy lifestyle.  It's always easy to look at the next woman and admire her life, completely unaware of what may be happening behind the scenes.

We need each other to learn how to use our imperfections to help one another be more authentic.  Thereby, more fulfilled and confident in our work settings.  It is hard to imagine there is a global community of Christian women in the workplace available to you, especially right here in the fantastic city of Chicago -- 4word!
